Testimoniq is committed to making our marketing site, dashboard, public testimonial forms, and embeddable widgets usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology.
1. Our commitment
We target WCAG 2.2 level AA across the marketing site, the dashboard, public testimonial submission forms, and the walls and widgets you embed on your own site.
2. What is in place today
- Automated accessibility testing: key public pages, including the landing page, pricing, login, the demo submission form, and the 404 page, are checked against WCAG 2.2 AA with axe-core in our test suite. The landing page and the demo form are also checked at a mobile viewport.
- Skip link: a "Skip to content" link is the first focusable element on every page, letting keyboard and screen reader users bypass repeated navigation.
- Visible keyboard focus: interactive elements use a consistent focus ring so keyboard users can always see where they are.
- Reduced motion support: when your operating system requests reduced motion, scroll-triggered effects turn off and the carousel, ticker, and marquee widget layouts stop moving on their own.
3. Known limitations
- Video testimonials: video testimonials shown on public walls and widgets do not currently include an on-screen captions track. Recorded videos are auto-transcribed for internal AI features and for captioned clips you export for social sharing, but that transcript is not yet exposed as a caption track on the video player itself.
We are working through these gaps. If a limitation not listed here is blocking you, tell us using the contact below and we will prioritize it.
4. Report a barrier
If you encounter an accessibility barrier anywhere in Testimoniq, email support@testimoniq.com with the page or feature involved and, if possible, the assistive technology you were using. We reply as soon as we can.
See also our Privacy Policy for how we handle any personal data you share when reporting an issue.
