How do I embed testimonials on my website?
After creating a collection and adding testimonials, go to the collection page and copy the embed code. You can paste the HTML snippet into any website. We support iframe embeds and a lightweight JavaScript widget that renders directly on your page.
How do I upgrade my plan?
Navigate to your Dashboard and click the upgrade option in the billing section. You will be redirected to a secure Stripe checkout page to complete your subscription. Changes take effect immediately after payment.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account and all associated data, please email support@testimoniq.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and we will process your request within 30 days.
What video formats are supported?
Testimoniq supports MP4, WebM, and MOV video formats. Videos can be up to 60 seconds long and are recorded directly in the browser using your webcam. Uploaded videos should be under 50 MB.
Can I customize the look of my testimonial widgets?
Yes. Each collection has widget settings where you can choose a layout style (grid, carousel, masonry, marquee, badge, or minimal), adjust colors, and configure which elements to display. Changes are reflected immediately in your embedded widgets.
