- Payment information: Billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.

3. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides database hosting with row-level security policies, encrypted connections, and regular backups. Video files are stored in Supabase Storage with access controls.
4. Payment Processing
All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not have access to your full payment card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information. Please refer to stripe.com/privacy for details.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We only share data with the service providers necessary to operate Testimoniq (Supabase for data storage, Stripe for payments) and as required by law.
6. Cookies
We use cookies solely for authentication session management. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party cookie-based analytics. The only cookie stored is your authentication session token, which is required for the service to function.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account data and testimonial content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data and testimonial content within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated analytics data may be retained for service improvement purposes.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Export your testimonial data.
